All our mamma and preggo classes, plus regular classes! If you're pregnant, you can join prenatal yoga, pilates, or barre, all tailored to your growing belly. Once your baby is here, you can bring him or her along to MAMMA classes for postpartum training.
And of course, you’re welcome in all of our regular classes too – from dance and fitness to yoga and pilates. With over 50 class types to choose from, you’ll find something that works for you during and after pregnancy!
YO UNLIMITED MAMMA/PREGGO is the best option if you want full flexibility: unlimited access to all studios, 10 bookings at a time, free pauses, livestreams, and 200+ on-demand workout videos.
YO BASIC MAMMA/PREGGO is great if you only plan to train at one studio and don’t need extras like online classes.

No registration fees at all!
Your membership starts immediately after purchase, and the cost is automatically charged to your card each month.
Example: You buy your membership on September 20th, paying the first month in full. From October onward, payments will automatically be charged to your card on the 20th of each month.
With a punch card, you pay once, with no automatic renewals.
No commitment – you can cancel anytime! There's just a 30-day notice period on top of your current billing cycle.
Example: You bought your membership on the 20th of a month, meaning your billing cycle runs from the 20th of the current month to the 19th of the next month.
If you cancel on, for example, January 19th, the membership stays active until February 20th. If you cancel on January 20th, it will be active until March 20th.

- 10 classes: 6 months
- 5 classes: 3 months
Unused classes expire, so be sure to use them! They can’t be exchanged for new passes or memberships.
