Come join us in YO and enjoy moving in a strong and healthy community, with other like-minded people. In YO we believe in movement. And, we believe that when you’re pregnant or a new mom, it’s safe for you to do EVERYTHING, that feels good for YOU and YOUR body!

Versatile pre- and postnatal at YO!

YO is here to move and support you as good as we possibly can, in this special time of your life. We have small classes where we make time for you. You can choose between a variety of classes, such as yoga, pilates, dance, fitness etc., and focus on both strength, mobility, conditioning, balance and endurance. The training is of course, adapted to you and where you are, with your body!

What workouts are safe when you’re pregnant or a new mom?

You can move as much as you like during your pregnancy. As long as it feels good and right for your body. You can move in all the trimesters and right up until birth - as long as it makes sense to you.

After a birth without complications, you are allowed to move, as soon as you feel ready for it. For some women it is after 8 weeks, and for others after 5 - remember, movement can be scaled up and down, so it suits you and your needs!

If you had a caesarean section, we recommend at least 10 weeks of healing before training, and that your doctor told you that it is OK for you to get started again.

Good to know

You will find changing stations in all three studios, where we always try to have 'the basics' for changing your baby. If you need boiled water to scald pacifiers etc. we have an electric kettle, and you are always welcome to use our lounge area to breastfeed before or after your class. We also have plenty of blankets and pillows, but feel free to bring some toys for your baby so they’re entertained while you work out.

Regardless of whether you are pregnant or a new mother, you can always borrow a mat for free, so you don't have to think about bringing your own back and forth. Feel free reach out to one of our teachers if you need any advice or guidance. We are here to support and move you!

You can choose between 5-, 10- and 20 classes. Be aware of the different validity periods. The punch card gives access to all the special pregancy- and postpartum classes. The punch card is active from date of purchase.

Where can you find our schedule?

All pregnancy classes in YO are named something with PREGGO and all postpartum classes are named something with MAMMA. We have classes most days of the week and some during weekends. Underneath you can find an overview of the present MAMMA/PREGGO schedule.
