BUY YO MOVES

Your YO MOVES membership starts the day you buy it. You pay 89 DKK when you sign up, with no registration fee, and then 89 DKK is automatically charged to your card each month.
You get access to on-demand videos and livestream classes from our studios, but you can’t attend in-person classes.
You can cancel at any time with no notice period.
Pauses aren’t available for this membership. If you want a pause, you can instead cancel and sign up again later.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE YO MOVES MEMBERSHIP

You’ll have access to over 200 on-demand videos, ranging from fitness and yoga to pilates, barre, pregnancy, and postnatal training. Choose from quick 5-minute sessions or longer workouts that last an hour or more. Whether you’re looking for high intensity or something more calming, it’s up to you!
You can also join livestreams from our studios. There are 25+ classes to choose from each week! Join from home, say hi to the instructor, and feel the YO energy right in your living room.
Booking a livestream class is easy through our schedule. Before class begins, you’ll receive an email with a link – just click to join!
On-demand videos are available on our website or app, so you can press play whenever it’s convenient for you.
YO MOVES is included in our YO UNLIMITED and YO UNLIMITED MAMMA/PREGGO memberships. So if you also want to train in our studios while having access to flexible online training, one of these two memberships is the way to go!
You can add a class pass to your YO MOVES membership, but if you’re visiting the studio more than once a week, YO UNLIMITED is probably a better deal.
No registration fees! Your membership starts immediately after purchase, and the cost is automatically charged to your card each month.
Example: You buy your membership on September 20th, paying the first month in full. From October onward, payments will automatically be charged to your card on the 20th of each month.
No commitment – you can cancel anytime! our membership stays active until the end of your current billing period.
Example: You bought your membership on the 20th of a month, meaning your billing cycle runs from the 20th of the current month to the 19th of the next month.
If you cancel on, for example, January 19th, this will be the last day, you’ll have access. If you cancel on January 20th, you’ll have access until February 19th.
