 For me, yoga is the best reset. Every time we arrive on our mat comes an opportunity to meet ourselves, where we explore and shift our inner landscapes. I believe it’s empowering that we can do this for ourselves by simply showing up. My teachings are centered around the connection to the breath, body awareness, and mindful movement. I encourage you to tune in, listen to the sensations arising in your body, be curious, and celebrate all that you can do. I hope that you come away from class feeling empowered by your body’s ability, and a little bit more connected to your body, breath, and self. It’s an honor to hold space for your practice and I look forward to seeing you on your mat.
