With a punch card for our Højbjerg studio, you only have access to:
- YO STUDIOS HØJBJERG – Oddervej 157, 8270 Højbjerg
It doesn’t include access to our Aarhus C or Copenhagen studios. If you want access to multiple locations, a membership is the way to go!
With a punch card, you get access to:
- Saunagus sessions with essential oils and deep heat in our beautiful forest-view sauna.
- All regular classes, from yoga and pilates to dance, barre, and fitness.
- Infrared classes, where you move in the cozy warmth of infrared panels.
- Reformer classes, where you explore movement on the reformer machine.
- Run & Strength, combining treadmill cardio and strength training.
- All MAMMA/PREGGO classes, tailored for pregnancy and postnatal training.
Want access to the open gym as well - where you’ll find thread mills and gear for strength training? Then you’ll need a membership instead.
- 20 classes: 12 months

Unused classes expire, so be sure to use them! They can’t be exchanged for new punch cards or memberships.
