If you're up for a different and delightful activity outside the office, we're here to facilitate some wonderful movement.

You could, for example, come to one of our studios for a tailored movement workshop, join one of our classes exclusively for your group, or we could transform a part of your office into a relaxation space with movement activities.

We offer a wide range of classes, so together we can find the perfect fit for your group. Whether you're into dynamic yoga, a sweaty dance session, or a moment of peace and meditation with gentle yin yoga, we've got you covered.

Whatever your preferences, we'll provide an engaging and attentive instructor who will guide you through the entire session from start to finish.

Prices at YO STUDIOS:

Private arrangement 'in studio' max 15 people:
1500 DKK

Private arrangement 'in studio' 16-25 people:
1800 DKK

Prices off-site:

Private arrangement at your location max 15 people:
1500 DKK

Private arrangement at your location 15+ people:
1800 DKK

Additional:

YO provides equipment (mats, pillows, etc.):
300 DKK

Transportation supplement depending on distance,
starting from 300 DKK

All prices are minimum rates based on a maximum duration
of one hour. Prices may vary depending on your specific preferences
and needs. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
