 Movement to me is meditation – it brings me almost instantly into the moment, into my body, it has the power to calm my mind and at the same time spark energy and creativity. Yoga has become an important and constant part of my life, helping me to stay balanced, content, and healthy both physically and mentally. I am also training the martial arts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for several years and I love the way both yoga and Jiu-Jitsu, even though very contrasting, challenge my body and mind in a way that it is fun, playful, hard at times and yet always leave me rewarded. I love to learn, explore, and try out new things and I am looking forward to sharing my passion for yoga with you at YO!”
