 Movement is my way to check in with my body and breath and return to the present moment. When I move, I feel playful, strong, and brave enough to try new things. I enjoy the challenge and discovering that my body can often do more than I expect. Whether it’s a new pose, skill, or transition, I always learn something new about myself. This is an experience I want to share with others.
